HI everyone, today I will talk about a subject I like in this semester. I have 6 subjects and I like the most, but one is better than others. “Public Management Dynamics”, is the subject I choose like the better on this semester because is about Public Administration, Government Centers, New Public Management, Open Government, and others forms of public management, and field related to it. The Subject´s teacher is Cristian Pliscoff Varas, Public Manager of the University of Chile, and Doctor in Public Management of Southern California University. He also is the ex-Director of the Government and Public Management school of the university of Chile.  The Professor is a great professional, and his assistants are goods too. The classes are very useful, because bring us very important knowledge for our career, and future professional performance, we learn about government, history of state institutions, how they work and what they do. I sit in the firsts places, because all my friend...

A person to follow (career)

Image
It is very difficult in my career chose a person to admire, but I can tell you about one person, who studied Public Management of University of Chile, and now is a Mayor of Puente Alto, a commune of Chile. In the future I want to take a political post of my commune "San Vicente", and for this reason I will talk about a man who studied the same career in the same university as me, and now he has a political post in his commune . This man is named German Codina, is Puente Alto's Mayor since 2012, and he is famous for attending the fall of the President Sebastian Piñera in 2013 when he was visiting "Bajos de Mena". He was born in Santiago 28 March 1974, and he studied his high school in "Alonso de Ercilla Institute" and "Compañía de María School". He studied Public Management in the University of Chile. He is a member of "National Renewal", a right party of Chile. Like a Mayor is the max authority in the commune, and h...

My favorite movie

Image
Hello everyone, today I will talk about my favorite movie. "8 mile" (2002) I watched this movie many years ago, since I started love hip hop music. One day I found it while I was searching the biography of Marshall Bruce Mathers III, most known like Eminem The movie shows the life of the rap superstar Eminem in Detroit before I became famous. Many people think Eminem is the best rapper in the history, and for that watch his movie was very attractive for his fans (me include) and every hip hop lover. also, this movie is very popular in hip hop scene and it gave an important contribution to show the underground freestyle battles (so popular in our time) Eminem take in the movie the name of Jimmy "B-Rabbit" Smith Jr, who is my favorite character. For me, the best scene of the movie is the end, when B-Rabbit defeats "Papa Doc" of Free World in a rap battle. I think everyone who likes hip hop music must watch this movie, is totally recommende...

My favorite photograph

Image
I am not a photograph fan, in few opportunities I decide to take me pictures or appear in photos. This photo was taken the past year on May, when my daughter was baptized. This photo was taken also, by an old friend and school partner named Ulises. He has an expensive and good camera and I ask him if he could take any photos in the ceremony or after it. In the photo appears my daughter Lucia Isidora and me, in a few moments after she fall sleep in my arms, after the celebration. It was taken in Naranjal, commune of San Vicente in the VI region in Chile. I live in San Vicente, but in the urban zone, she lives close to the hills on a place called Naranjal. It´s a rural zone. I like the photo because I think it shows in part the love I feel for her, and the sadness I ´ve got when I am without her.

Bread and Roses film review

Image
Now I´ll talk about Bread and Roses, a movie directed by Ken Loach, released on 22 of September of 2000. The action take part on the year 1999 in Los Angeles city. I´m not a movie lover, but I found the movie so interesting and very easy to watch. for that I think I spend my time in a good form watching this movie. The character most interesting for me is Perez, because he is the boss of the janitors, and he is a bad leader, very exploitative with his workers however he has a Spanish surname. I think he is the common Latin that forget his origins, adopting a discriminating position in the society. I like the duration of the film and because shows a reality in the United States’ society and how the trade unionism and the social movements can increase the life quality of the people. I don´t like the attitude of Perez and the deportation of Maya. My favorite scene is when Sam invites Maya to have dinner in his home, because it never happened by the deportation of Maya.
